The International Network of Shrimp Health (INSH) was founded in 2016 under Newton Fund Institutional Links that was jointly awarded to National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (BIOTEC), Thailand and Centre for Environment, Fisheries, and Aquaculture Science (Cefas), UK. It was established to link current shrimp aquacultural scientists to form a network for disease monitoring and diagnostic and therapeutic development. There are currently 8 founding institutional members of INSH. In two years, we aim to expand shrimp to other shrimp cultivating regions.
